Traffic Education

FYI, when a traffic signal is out or malfunctioning, the intersection is to be treated as an all-way stop.  Its not supposed to be a free-for-all.  Why does everyone forget this?

    Seriously! People should at least have the decency to dress up in ragged Mad Max fur and leather if they're gonna blow through a broken stoplight.

    Yeesh, I was amazed how many people on Paoli Pike during the recent power failure did not know this. They seemed to think no traffic lights meant, "wee, it's a new freeway, we don't have to stop at no stinkin' intersections!" Some #^&$@ behind me laid on the horn when I stopped (while yammering on her cellphone, of course).
